Her Royal Highness has organised her yearly Christmas carol concert at the iconic London venue, with a congregation comprising royals, celebrities and local heroes who have supported their local areas.
The 1,600 guests will enjoy a mix of festive songs, musical performances, and spoken word pieces from performers including Chiwetel Ejiofor and Kate Winslet.
The focus of the service, held in the atmospheric historic church on Friday, is compassion and demonstrating care for others.
Attending the event are Anna and Jonathan Cordiner, whose young girl was lost to a brain cancer, and who founded an organisation, a charity called Kayleigh's Wee Stars, to support families who have a youngster facing a life-limiting condition.
"The time, care and compassion you give, often without fanfare or recognition, and without any expectation or recognition, make an remarkable change to the lives of others," Her Royal Highness stated in a message before the concert.
The royal has been undertaking her own gradual return to official duties after her cancer diagnosis and chemotherapy, recently giving her first public speech for two years, in which she reflected on recognising the "discreet, frequently unseen labour of caregivers".
Attendees entering the Abbey will enjoy performances from young musicians backed by the Future Talent organisation, co-founded by the former royal to broaden opportunities for musical tuition.
Carys Wood, aged 18, who performs on the trumpet and is from Pembrokeshire, has been assisted by the organisation, with funding assisting with musical instruments, lessons and travel costs - and she said it was "incredible" to be taking part in the concert.
"Pursuing music is often costly," she stated. She is now enrolled at the prestigious music academy, and added that "all people deserve the chance" to cultivate their performance abilities.
Eliza, Carys's sister who is 11, who is a euphonium player, will likewise attend the Abbey. "It's unbelievable that I get to perform here in front of so many important people," she said.
Within the audience will be individuals spanning multiple eras.
That will feature young Saphia Turner, nine, recipient of a young hero award, who produces drawings and undertakes charity feats to collect donations for food banks.
The Abbey has been adorned with handcrafted festive wreaths, with well-known chef Mary Berry and flower expert Simon Lycett contributing to their design.
The musical lineup includes Katie Melua, the Abbey's own choir and a maritime folk band from Cornwall, Fisherman's Friends, who said the invitation to sing was "the icing on the cake for us."
The Together at Christmas carol concert will be aired by television on December 24th.
